West London Zone

Supporting less advantaged children at school with a tailored two-year programme

West London Zone places a team of trusted adults, known as link workers, in schools to support students who need extra help and guidance. Many children are navigating a mixture of social, emotional and academic challenges, and West London Zone are on the ground to help them succeed. They deliver a personalised two-year programme, working with the child, the family and the school, ensuring positive results that set the foundation for a healthy and productive future.

Why we support West London Zone

Children and young people from less advantaged backgrounds are more likely to face challenges in later life, including unemployment and social isolation. Organisations designed to help children are often working in silos, missing opportunities to collaborate that would see more young people getting support.
With their in-depth knowledge of the local area and trusted relationships with the children, families and schools they work with, West London Zone is able to co-ordinate a personalised programme of support to improve the educational outcomes and life chances of children most in need.
