Why SBT supports Leap

In 2023 the demand for dispute resolution reached a record high, suggesting conflict is on the rise. On top of the human suffering, the costs of rising levels of conflict in society are huge, putting extra pressure on an already stretched health service and prison sector.
With nearly 40 years of experience, Leap are well-placed to rise to this challenge and help more people better navigate conflict and make a positive impact on the individuals and communities around us.
