Michael has been a Trustee with SBT since 2019 and was formerly an Investment Committee Member. Michael was a partner of Clifford Chance LLP for 17 years and headed up their employment law group between 2019 and 2022. He is also a Trustee of The Foundling Museum.

Jan-Coos is the former Chief Revenue Office at Refinitiv (now LSEG). He is an industry advisor to Private Equity firms and works with early stage companies in the legal, risk and compliance sector. Since 2015, Jan-Coos has supported SBT, first as a member of the Investment Committee representing Thomson Reuters and Refinitiv, and since 2019 as a Trustee.

After a long career in strategy consulting, Harry now has a small portfolio of board and advisory roles focused on accelerating growth in technology and services businesses, alongside his role as Trustee Treasurer of SBT. For SBT, Harry is responsible for financial management, controls, risk and reporting – in addition to his contribution to strategy and management.
